Le lassi mangue est l\u2019une de mes boissons favorite, tr\u00e8s rafra\u00eechissante en \u00e9t\u00e9. Pour r\u00e9aliser ma recette, j\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 des mangues Pakistanaises bien savoureuses et m\u00fbres mais on peut aussi utiliser de la pulpe de mangue. Traditionnellement, le lassi est une boisson indienne \u00e0 base de laitage. Ce n\u2019est donc pas un smoothie qui ne contient que des fruits, ni un milk shake,normalement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec de la cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e. C\u2019est donc une boisson qui se situe entre les deux. Sa texture ne doit pas \u00eatre trop liquide, ni trop \u00e9paisse.&nbsp;Si vous souhaitez avoir un parfum d\u2019exotisme et de saveur fruit\u00e9e dans votre cuisine, cette recette est id\u00e9ale. On peut servir le lassi mangue aussi bien au petit d\u00e9jeuner qu\u2019en accompagnement lors d\u2019un repas \u00e0 vous de voir.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20170224205322\/http:\/\/www.hinafaitsacuisine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_1547-e1429135119651.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20170224205322im_\/http:\/\/www.hinafaitsacuisine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_1547-e1429135119651-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"Lassi mangue\" class=\"wp-image-736\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LASSI MANGUE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 10 minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour 2\/3 personnes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 mangues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u00e0 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre ( selon le sucre contenu dans la mangues)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 yaourt nature<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 verre de lait froid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>du sirop fraise pour la d\u00e9co<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Pr\u00e9paration:<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Laver et \u00e9plucher les mangues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9cup\u00e9rer la chair et d\u00e9tailler la en gros d\u00e8s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verser la chair dans le blender.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Y ajouter le yaourt et le sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mixer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une texture onctueuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfin, ajouter la cr\u00e8me liquide, puis le verre de lait bien froid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mixer de nouveau jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la texture soit&nbsp;homog\u00e8ne, lisse et cr\u00e9meuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un verre, verser d\u2019abord un peu de sirop \u00e0 la fraise.
